With 22 years as a licensed Realtor and hundreds of successful transactions, Shawn brings a depth of expertise that directly elevates their Home Watch services. His extensive background in real estate and home remodeling provides a practical, real-world understanding of how homes should function—and what can go wrong. Over the years, Shawn has toured and evaluated countless properties alongside top industry professionals, including home inspectors, HVAC technicians, pool specialists, pest and termite experts, plumbers, electricians, and contractors. This breadth of exposure allows him to quickly recognize red flags, identify issues early, and ensure each home receives the highest level of care and attention. 

Shawn’s career in real estate—and the eventual launch of our Home Watch business—grew from a love of entrepreneurship and a desire to build something meaningful. But the true joy comes from helping people. Whether guiding clients through major home transitions or protecting their property while they’re away, Shawn is honored to provide support, peace of mind, and a little less stress. He genuinely loves this work. Connecting with people, caring for their homes, and being someone they can trust is his passion and daily inspiration.  

After moving from California to South Carolina to attend dental hygiene school, Pamela graduated with honors and later relocated to Arizona. She and Shawn raised their two daughters, Meghan and Madison, primarily in Anthem before deciding to move to Scottsdale. Living in multiple areas throughout the Phoenix metro has given Pamela a strong foundation and understanding of the community. She continues to practice dental hygiene and plans to transition into a full-time role with NestWatch in the future. In their free time, Pamela and Shawn enjoy day trips with their dogs, exploring cooler destinations such as Prescott and the Rim in the summer and sunny spots in the winter. They especially cherish time spent with their grandson, Keegan, who is the light of their lives.
